Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using MultiPlay, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

MultiPlay is a practice quiz for multiplication tables (factors 2–9). Each round covers all 36 unique facts in a new random order. It runs primarily on your device. Features may include multiply, missing-factor, and divide questions, optional scoring, an optional timer, personal best scores and timed completions, a daily streak, recent full-table rounds, a fact mastery map, and English or Hebrew language. We may change, update, or discontinue features at any time.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own educational practice, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store where you obtained it.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the app except as allowed by law or the store
• Reverse engineer the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law
• Remove or alter trademarks, notices, or branding
• Use the app in a way that breaks the law or these terms

Accounts and purchases

The app does not require an account. There are currently no in-app purchases or subscriptions inside the app. If that changes, store checkout terms (Apple or Google) will also apply.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, branding, design, and original content belong to Omri Willheim or our licensors. Fonts loaded from Google Fonts remain subject to their respective licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Educational use

The app is a practice tool. It does not guarantee any learning outcome, grade, or exam result. Parents or guardians should supervise children’s use as they think appropriate.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omri Willheim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).

App stores

If you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms’ terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or these terms, except as their own policies require.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

רישיון

אנו מעניקים לכם רישיון אישי, מוגבל, שאינו בלעדי ושאינו ניתן להעברה, להשתמש באפליקציה לתרגול לימודי שלכם, בכפוף לתנאים אלה ולכללי חנות האפליקציות שממנה הורדתם אותה.

אסור לכם:

• להעתיק, לשנות, להפיץ, למכור או להשכיר את האפליקציה אלא כפי שהחוק או החנות מתירים
• לבצע הנדסה לאחור אלא אם האיסור אסור לפי דין
• להסיר או לשנות סימנים מסחריים, הודעות או מיתוג
• להשתמש באפליקציה באופן שמפר את החוק או תנאים אלה

חשבונות ורכישות

האפליקציה אינה דורשת חשבון. כרגע אין רכישות או מנויים בתוך האפליקציה. אם זה ישתנה, יחולו גם תנאי התשלום של החנות (Apple או Google).

קניין רוחני

האפליקציה, שמה, המיתוג, העיצוב והתוכן המקורי שייכים ל־Omri Willheim או לבעלי רישיון. גופנים מ־Google Fonts כפופים לרישיונות שלהם. תנאים אלה אינם מעבירים אליכם בעלות על קניין רוחני.

שימוש לימודי

האפליקציה היא כלי תרגול. היא אינה מבטיחה תוצאת למידה, ציון או הצלחה במבחן. הורים או אפוטרופוסים צריכים לפקח על שימוש של ילדים לפי שיקול דעתם.

הצהרת אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת „כפי שהיא” ו„כפי שזמינה”, ללא אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת, לרבות סחירות, התאמה למטרה מסוימת ואי־הפרה, במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק.

הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, Omri Willheim אינו אחראי לנזקים עקיפים, מקריים, מיוחדים, תוצאתיים או עונשיים, או לאובדן נתונים, רווחים או מוניטין, הנובעים משימושכם באפליקציה. האחריות הכוללת שלנו לכל תביעה הקשורה לאפליקציה לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמתם לנו עבור האפליקציה ב־12 החודשים שלפני התביעה (או אפס אם האפליקציה הייתה בחינם).

חנויות אפליקציות

אם הורדתם את האפליקציה מ־Apple App Store או מ־Google Play, חלים גם תנאי אותן פלטפורמות. Apple ו־Google אינם אחראים לאפליקציה או לתנאים אלה, אלא כפי שמחייבות המדיניות שלהם.

שינויים

אנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה בפרסום גרסה חדשה עם תאריך תחולה חדש. המשך שימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
